Thank you for taking the time to look around my site and have an interest in my business and the services I provide. My name is Lorraine, I am a mum of two, partner of twenty years and buisiness owner. 

I started beauty therapy in 2015 as it became apprarent the job I did at the time, didnt fit with my families situation. I wanted to do something that still meant I could encourage others to feel good and invest in themselves, but would better work for me and my family.  I have completed numerous courses and training programmes and am qualified to provide Level 3 beauty treatments. I also have NVQs and two degrees, not at all in this field, but people are often surprised by this. 

I have invested so much into my business and my clients. I strive to provide the best service to them and I am so thankful for my returning clients. I will provide a professional opinion with only your best interests at heart, if your natural nails are not suited to extra long length acrylics, I will tell you this, if your lashes are not in a condition suitable for EVL or extensions, I will advise so, and if you want beautiful, natural looking bridal make-up without looking like you have huge false eyebrows on your head, then absolutely I am your artist. I am making my business successful, but this is not based upon how much money I can make off my clients, its about advising them of the treatments individually suited to their needs. Sadly, there may be times when I am unable to complete treatments due to a contra-indication that prevents the service going ahead (infection, damage etc). I will respectfully advise you of this and discuss a plan to move ahead.

When I went into this business so many people were surprised, I guess I didnt fit to the image so many would expect of a beauty therapist, but I became interetested in such therapies, what they can do for us and how they make us feel and I knew I could provide an environment free of judgement and embarrasssment, removing for so many that dread of going to the salon, that same dread I used to feel. I pride myself on reserving embarrassment, both for myself and client, my aim is you always feel comfortable during the treatment process and happy with the service when you leave.
